Ashley did a great job. I was a little disappointed that it took nearly 2 hours as the person I spoke to on the phone when I made the appointment said it would take an hour. I understand these things happen sometimes. Other than that everything was great!

We waited 2 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. Then on the way home my engine started knocking so I am not pleased at all.
Scott was great! Service was taking longer than expected and Scott was very considerate and apologetic for the inconvenience (I honestly wasn't upset, it was a busy day). He went above and beyond to compensate for the extra time. Really great guy and exceptional service!
Stephen Torres helped me out with my car and everything was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely helpful, nice and very outgoing, when it came to making sure I understood everything about my car.

My service manager and the technician did a great job. However there was a lack of communication between the two concerning what services were actually completed. So I was erroneously charged for an item that wasn’t done. It did get corrected when I brought it to their attention.
I had absolutely no problem with my appointment. It was done in a reasonable amout of time & for a reasonable price.
