From the moment I called to when the vehicle was picked up I was treated superbly. My wife called upset when her 4Runner battery light came on and power steering went out. I called Noah and he immediately dispatched a tow truck and a ride home for my wife. Vehicle was fixed the next day. Ashley kept me updated and called when the vehicle was finished. Always a great place. All the staff there on the service department were very helpful. I’ve worked with Kevin the past few years and he’s always been great. Have also worked with Scott in the past and he also was good to work with. The new remodel and layout in that area is excellent. I look forward to my next truck in maybe 5 years or so.
Some of the service was excellent and some not so good. After I left the dealership I noticed my maintenance reminder was not recalibrated. I returned to the dealership and they recalibrated it. When I restarted my truck I noticed a notification message on my screen and asked the attendant what was that all about and she took a picture of my screen and went into the service area to talk to someone about the message. She returned saying I would need to schedule another appointment to address the concern. I was very surprised someone could not come out and address the notification while I was there. This is not the service I have experienced in the past. Disappointed in the lack of responsiveness.
Randy provided excellent service, discussed options with me, and was sure that my needs were met.

My first appointment I made was lost so I rescheduled and unfortunately the service took way longer than I was originally quoted. Scott was super nice and went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you Scot.
I was shocked about a $150 labor charge because the hood latch was sticking. It was busy when I dropped my car, but there was no mention of this cost. I also paid $30 for them to install a battery. I am still disappointed.
Jordan got us in and out quickly. He had recommended a set of tires which was one of the items to be done. Initial impressions are these tires are just what he said they were.

I absolutely lucked out with having Scott as a service advisor. He’s always available over phone or email, and gets me in quick. This is my 16th vehicle and my second Toyota and I can say that Scott is by far the best advisor I’ve had in the last few decades. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic.
Scott treated me very well. The team was wrestling with a new system rollout but did not let that interfere with the service they were providing.
Not very personable. He seemed pretty busy. Don’t know if I was expecting something different after having to spend $2300 on maintenance of the vehicle I just purchased.
There were dirt stains on the driver's seat after I received my vehicle.
