Randy really helped getting the work authorized from Toyota. Even though I did not need it, it was really nice to get an offer of a loaner car since the truck was going to be in over the weekend. Just wish they would wash the cars when it was serviced like dealerships used to.
A service manager did an excellent Bob!Your computer system was having trouble and you couldn't find my warranty. So it has delayed repairs on my vehicle! I paid $5000 to get an extended warranty for 5 or 7 years. Can't remember which, but they had no record of it.
. I have a copy of it in my glove compartmbut. These kind of delays are the things that cause people to wonder what's going on.
My service took 2 hours. I was told beforehand that it was a slow day and would take about 1.5 hrs. Still 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection this was surprising. Satisfactory customer service and ease of scheduling.
