It was a very busy day at the service department and so it took over 2 hours for an oil change tire rotation and inspection. I had to leave for another appointment and come back. I had to ask for my service report to be printed out when I came back for my car. I did appreciate that you paid for the Lyft to my other appointment since it was taking so long.
Excellent treatment during our wait in the customer service area/showroom. A little disappointed that service appointment told us we had to do our very low mileage service now, or lose our Toyota Care, only to discover upon our arrival today that we had already lost it.
Scott was great and was willing to work with me on the nature of my vehicles requirements. I would request him for my next appointment.

My oil wasn't changed nor were my tires rotated. I had to come back today to get my oil changed. How lazy does the mechanic have to be to try to skip my oil change? It takes a few minutes to change the oil. My tacoma cost me a years salary. I'll be making a call to toyota hq. That mechanic needs to be fired. How many other vehicles has he done that to. Have some morals and work ethic.

I came in primarily for a recall on fuel filter issue. I live 2 hours away. I was given no instructions to have gas tank half empty or more. I came in with it full. Service techs were unable to perform the recall fix. I will have to come back another time which is not convenient for me since I live 2 hours away. The service manager that worked with me did help in making things right. He did a good job with the situation we were in.
Scott has always been caring, helpful & answers my questions. Also knows I like the detailed 15 point check sheet & provides that for my records.
Although the wait time was slow, my advisor was very nice and took care of my vehicle efficiently.
Service Representative was very helpful. Your only problem is the high value you place on changing out air filters, both engine and cab. You already have them out for inspection, but want to charge an absorbent amount for installation of new units in lieu of putting the old ones back in.
