Nick apologized and said the reason for the delay in my service was his fault in not turning the paperwork in to the mechanics. I appreciate his ownership of the issue,but I don't understand how that happened. My appointment was for 10am. He told me the estimated cost at about 10:15; I disputed it because I have prepaid oil changes in my contract. He said he would look it up. I found it it in my email at approx 10:45am and showed it to him. He took a picture. I got a text at 10:52am saying my vehicle was checked in. I did not get my car back until 1:33pm. I expected the oil chamge/tire rotation to take about an hour total; instead, I was there for 3 and a half hours. I would have appreciated more frequent updates about why it was taking so long. Thanks.
