I was misquoted the cost to tint my windows. Originally I was quoted $100 by the service department when I called to schedule the appointment. When I picked up my car, I payed $222.37. I tried calling the service department, but no one answers except to leave a message. No one has returned my call as of yet.

Service was fast and professional, was helped immediately and when I asked a series of questions about when services should be done the individual who spoke with me gave me a no bs answer. Never tried to upsell me on anything and was more than professional the whole way through. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you

Was told that it would take 1 - 2 hours and it took 5. I submitted approval for fluid changes as soon as it was sent to me and no changes had been acted upon 2 hours later when I followed up. Communication about rides took 30 minutes. This caused me to be late for multiple appointments today.
