Came in with concerns because of past experiences with dealers in the past 40 years…I have to admit staff was understanding and addressed my problems. However I’m not happy about the condition of the new car I purchased… yes dealer replaced rattling door mirror but I’m stuck with a new car that has a paint defect in drivers door. My trade didn’t have a scratch on it but my new car has a defect in paint. I’m disappointed with Toyota but I do like the dealer.
