Once again I don’t feel like I can trust any employee that works there. The answers are hard to find and you have to dig and talk to multiple people to even find the truth.
They told me they would email me the documents I signed. I called them a few days later after they failed to send me anything and I still haven't received anything the following day.
I was pleased with the overall results. I felt like JP was overwhelmed with work and could not give the personal attention to each customer he was dealing with.
