Only thing I would say was not done was my fluids were checked off as being full but they weren’t topped off such as my windshield washer fluid. Please make sure that those services are being fulfilled! Thank you.

On the invoice/print out I received, it states at the 20,000 mile mark the service includes "replace cabin air filter." When I was pointed this out at the time of service, I was told this was not included and I would have to pay $67.23. If this service is truly not included, then it should not say so on my invoice.
