When we purchased our highlander we wanted the drivers and passengers front windows printed and a trailer hitch installed. Jp ordered the parts, and when they came in scheduled our maintenance.

Service was easy to schedule and complete. Your service team was great in the garage when dropping off. You had one person at the desk getting helped when I picked up (and 5 people at the desk not helping anyone but it took 2 min for anyone to greet me or ask if I was picking up) once I was acknowledged, it was smooth and courteous. I was surprised my car wasn’t vacuumed- even Kia did that. But it was easy to drop off.

JP is very thorough and helpful. He noticed that I was recently out of service coverage and suggested I purchase a 3 visit package that would save me money. I didn't plan to do this, except after his good suggestion. This is the kind of service attitude that is often missing in the "service" industry. I will always come back to Toyota of Col Springs because of JP.
