I had an appointment on 3/13/24 for 10,000 mile service. I was told the tires were worn so unevenly that they couldn't even rotate them. Nick wanted me to leave the vehicle with him/Toyota so they could replace the tires under warranty but I was unable to do so at the time. He told me there was a known issue with this tire on the Tundra. He told me this process would take about 24 hrs. It has now been over three weeks and I have had to call multiple times for an update. I'm told there still hasn't been an answer from Falken. It's now 4/4/24 and the vehicle has 12,510 miles on it and the outside of the front tires are so worn I can see the threads coming out of the rubber. I have owned many cars and trucks with many different brands of tires and I have never seen this amount of wear on a set of tires in 12k miles. I'm disappointed in the slow service and lack of responses and updates along the way.

Randy was very professional and was FINALLY able to determine where my front left tire was leaking, that the pinhole leak was in a place that could not be repaired, and researched three options of new tires for me. I have been plagued with low pressure warnings on my dashboard for MONTHS! It’s good to have the cause finally identified. My current tires are original to the car, purchased in 2020, so it’s time to replace them anyway. Thank you Randy!

The process for buying the car was ok. However, when they say they are detailing and washing the car. You wouldn’t think that meant spraying it with a yard water hose. The car had dirt, spray spots, smuggest inside and outside the car. After bring it to the sales man’s attention he asked them to redo it. Only to get it back with everything still the same except for the dirt spots on the floor and back of the seat. I didn’t waste anytime going back in to complain. My son said he’ll have it detailed the right way. I would’ve waited for as long as needed to have it done like they’ve possibly done other customers. That was my only complaint.

We've been taking our vehicle to Toyota of Colorado Springs for the life of our vehicle, that's been 17 years - it's the best. Randy Lee is one of the best service techs in the business. A business full of people you can trust- high integrity.

My overall experience on two separate occasions within a week were nothing short of a headache. I do appreciate the fact the service manager tried to make it right and discounted my last service, however the lack of communication and short comings of my service team I will not be bringing my truck back to this location.

Kaic was fantastic to work with on my service appointment. He's very friendly and shows care in his approach with customers. I appreciated that he was able to help me get a Lyft back to the dealership when my service was complete. I'll happily return to work with Kaic again. Thanks!

Service was great from Kevin and I appreciated how easy it was to get my car serviced here. I felt like my car was well taken care of and I really appreciated the snacks and the nice coffee machine in the waiting area.

Vehicle delivered for recall repair specified by Toyota. Was informed upon conclusion of inspection that part was not in stock and wound be notified when available, potentially a month or more. I feel this process/practice could be vastly improved with an emphasis on efficiency and customer service. Customer Service rep interactions were friendly and informative, no complaints there. This appears to be an institutional problem ripe for process improvement.
