I've been in a relationship with Mr. Randy, and unfortunately, there was an issue with Toyota Care's benefits. Despite being told the oil change would be free by the desk staff, it was charged because the mileage exceeded the limit, which wasn't communicated beforehand. The service experience was disappointing and frustrating due to this miscommunication.
