My issue was not with KC, but rather the $27 miscellaneous charge for shop fees and waste recycling. I had one visit left on my prepaid oil change package and was having that service performed. I had been hearing a strange flapping or rattling sound under the drivers side. I agreed to the $150 diagnostic fee with no guarantee of fixing anything, but with the offer of taking that $150 off any needed repairs. Evidently that is only for labor. The issue was loose mud flaps. I understand the diagnostic charge, despite thinking it is excessive, but the parts and waste recycling charge for replacing and tightening a few screws was offensive.
Nick was great and answered all questions, service was timely. I value both.

Beyond excelling in his role, Kaic's strong interpersonal skills and unwavering integrity made the entire experience refreshing and confidence-inspiring. I sincerely hope that Toyota of Colorado Springs recognizes Kaic as the valuable asset he is and takes proactive steps to invest in nurturing his evident leadership potential. Nicholas Arbuckle was the most professional and helpful associate I’ve ever worked with. He helped me with a temporary fix until my vehicle could get in 2 weeks later for the next availability and was able to fix it for a great price. He displayed great mannerism and was very warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely reach out to him for future Toyota work.

Ray Heddy was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called the dealership 6 months ago requesting to look at a 2024 Tacoma to the day it arrived in the dealership. Ray was always in touch and updating me about what was going on and was so relatable, professional, informed, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It is evident he believes in Toyota and strives to ensure the buyer is always comfortable and happy. I never imagined a car salesperson to be so wonderful but he truly delivered.
