Service was prompt. Randy was accommodating to client’s needs.
Specific to the Toyota Highlander: It was not until service completion that Toyota advised the only service provided was rotation of tires; notwithstanding an advisement to Randy that new tires were placed on the vehicle less than 1 mo ago. As a result, the service and time invested was unnecessary. Also, the maintenance contract on the vehicle allegedly has expired. It is the user’s historical precedent to always include a 3-yr maintenance contract on all her leases. Therefore, the advisement to the maintenance contract having termed was a surprise. Please contact the re the status of the maintenance / service contract, and if expired, a consideration for a trade-in.
Jp Peltier was absolutely awesome! Definitely a great advocate and instills a feeling that he genuinely cares for you which is rare from most people’s perspectives/experiences with car dealer service representatives. Give him a damn raise. Hell, clone him and fire the rest of the service department. In all seriousness though, I have only had good experiences at Corwin Toyota’s service department. Keep it up.
