When I picked up my car, it was an absolutely different experience than when I dropped it off, I felt listened to and heard and they were spectacular at the desk. It happened to be the same two of the three guys that I had met when I dropped off the car. So thank you for helping me to not feel silly about bringing it up into making customer service matter.

Nicholas provided excellent customer service. However, the communication of letting us know when the vehicle was ready was rather frustrating. I called several times to see where they were at work the vehicle and never got an answer. Was told that Nicholas was away from his desk and would call me when he got back to it, never heard from him,. Called again same thing with Dillon he said he'd call me back in 10 min 30 minutes went by I called back to be on hold forever. Vehicle was promised at 2pm I finally got it back after 3pm. Kind of frustrating as I to have a department to run at CAE and lack of communication was frustrating, next time might take it to another approved location to give someone else a try. Key word there is might.
Ian got me in quick and kept me updated on the status of my 4Runner. Excellent customer service!
The service itself took a little longer than I would’ve like, but it was a busy day so it’s understandable. All in all great customer service!

Randy was very professional in his dealing with me. My total bill was almost $1020, an amount I did NOT want to put on one credit card. He allowed me to split the bill among 5 different credit cards.
He told me that I would probably notice a smother ride following my repair. I did! I also had asked Randy to make sure my radio station was not changed by the repair staff. (It had been on a previous visit.). The radio station, when I started my car, was on my preferred station.
