Maybe I am not seeing the whole picture, but I think having to wait 2 weeks plus for a simple oil change is a bit much. When I called in the lady who set appointment said that was all that was available.

The service was a two part service taking almost two and a half weeks. The first time I brought the car in, the wrong wheel was sent out for repair. All the wheels were not checked. When I received the car back on Friday, I didn’t immediately drive it very far. On Monday I had an appointment on North Union. I drove it up with no problems, but when I came out of my appointment the same tire was deflated again. It cost me with AAA insurance $40 to transport my car back to Toyota and another week without it. It was a frustrating experience.
I’ve done multiple appointments by JP. He takes care of me every single time and has a great attitude.
