I came in at 11:45 a.m. for a 12:00 appointment. All I needed was an oil change and rotate the tires. I waited in the lobby. They came out to get me at 1:40 p.m. My time is valuable.

However, though he warned me it could take 1 1/2 hours, it was closer to 2 hours which seems like a lot!!
Was disappointed that a staffing shortage resulted in a delay in getting the car serviced today. I planned to wait at the dealership, but when hearing the car would not be ready for 2 hours, I called my wife and she picked me up to go shopping. I returned to the dealership at the 2 hour mark, but the car wasn’t ready for another 1/2 hour. Disappointing, but I understand these things happen.
