Was there for near 3 hours for an oil change. I was told when I got there that they were running behind and my oil change could take up to an hour and a half. No problem. After an hour and a half I walked to the service desk to ask about the status of my truck only to learn they hadn’t started on it yet. I was told at that point it would be done in approximately 45 minutes but they didn’t pull my truck into the garage to work on it for another 45 minutes. I could have been told earlier that they were falling further behind and I would have rescheduled. I was glad they got it done but a little disappointed that it wasted much of my day.
