I have a few points of feedback that I hope will be constructive:
1) My name was incorrect at intake. I asked Ian to correct it when I dropped off my car Tuesday. He said he would. When my husband and I went back on Wednesday to pick-up our car, my name was still incorrect in the system. I brought it to the attention of another Service Coordinator, Scott?, and he corrected it right away. He also added our other information: address, etc. as we are new clients.
2) I was called later in the day on Tuesday and Ian told me that the Head Unit needed to be replaced. The cost would be $1,400.00. He called back a short while later, and said it would be rebuilt; that new ones are backordered for over a year. I asked the price and he was unsure but said he'd find out. We agreed that I would pick up the car on Wednesday. When at the dealership, I asked again what the cost of the rebuilt Head Unit would be and was told that $1,400.00 is the price of the rebuilt one and that a new one is $3-4 thousand. I said OK, but it was confusing given the conversation of the previous day. I had thought the price might be lower given where I had left off.
3) Tuesday while waiting for a LYFT ride home, I received a "Missed Appointment" text and yet I had just dropped off the car!! Perhaps my visit was not logged in yet, but it felt weird.
4) Lastly, and I hope this isn't too picky, but I have worked with people my entire career and continue to. Ian knew we were coming in on Wednesday to get our car and yet it was his day off. I share that I think it would have been a nice touch to say, "I am off tomorrow, but one of my colleagues will assist you." Not a huge deal but certainly a customer service touch.
We are new to Toyota Colorado Springs as we just purchased this car. All this said, we look forward to working with you to keep the car running smoothly and hope this feedback is helpful. We are all learning and growing!
JP was great! He explained everything well & kept the process moving forward. He also offered different options & followed up with my requests.
Everyone was proactive with interacting with customers. I also liked the new customer waiting area improvements.
I've owned my 2018 Toyota Rav4 since I drove it brand new of the lot. This has been by far far the best maintenance experience I have ever had. She went above any previous service personal I have encountered, and I truly enjoyed her beautiful personality. She took great care of us. I will definitely be using this Toyota dealership for all my future needs. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Scott did a great job on time estimation while waiting for my car and the estimate came pretty close to what I was charged for.
Took my car to Toyota of Colorado Springs for some long overdue maintenance. Surprisingly everything that needed to be done was inexpensive and completed quickly! I was so impressed with the service and friendliness of my advisor, JP Peltier, that I will make it a point to come back, and on time in the future.
Scott and team were able to diagnose and successfully fix the rattle in the steering wheel of my RAV4 Prime.
Service unable to complete the installation of a second key due to software issues. I understand that happens but living almost in Monument I now have to give up another day in hopes of getting a second key. Mind you I spent almost three hours waiting only to be told that the technician couldn’t get the software glitch repaired.
