I booked my appointment online. And it so happens that no one looks at the notes. So, no one informed me that I did not need one of the services I had requested. No problem! But, why ask for notes if no one pays attention to them Randy was excellent at taking care of me. He checked me in and 1 1/2 hours later, he said it was all done.
