Scott was friendly and honest. I come to this Toyota because I get the feeling that the people are genuine and just people trying to fix cars, not upsell me stuff. Scott got me the coupon for the oil change package and it was a good deal. PS sorry for leaving a coffee cup on your desk.

Scot met he soon after I entered the service bay. He told me how long it would take for tge servicing. He instructed me as to how to get to the waiting room and came and got me when the car was finished. Scot was professional and answered all my questions. Overall a good experience.

Charles provided wonderful customer service for the entire experience. I appreciated the heads up that things were backed up, so I was able to take a Lyft back to work and then get picked up, arranged by Charles. Charles explained a few things to keep an eye on from the multi-point inspection, but that were only in the yellow stage, so I can plan for them in the future.
