Kevin did a good job discussing what my 04 Prius needed, oil change, rotate tires, multipoint inspection, spark plug change.
But a while after the appointment started I got a message , an inspection update from the technician (?), that I needed also some fluid changes that would cost 3x what I expected. Kevin found that I already had these additional services and corrected the problem.
Then when I picked up the car, the maintenance reminder was still flashing. The worksheet said it was reset. Kevin got it reset.
The service assistant was very nice and helpful. However, when I got my car back, the dash settings as well as other settings had been altered. My digital key was disconnected and still this evening I have not been able to reconnect it. I was very disappointed with anyone messing with the settings, as I am slowly learning this new vehicle.
Charles was excellent communication and making sure all my request were taken care of. Very professional and kind highest recommendation I could possibly give. Two thumbs up.

Ashley is hands down the greatest Service customer support I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. I’m sure she wears many hats and goes above and beyond at Toyota because she has always given me the best care and professionalism of any dealership I’ve gone to. Genuinely without her helping me from working with my warranty to giving me the straight up truth about any situation with me truck it has honestly helped me so much since bringing my Tacoma there.
