I have previously received a text when my car is checked in. It was a full walk around of my car to include a video, this helped to know that the work was starting in my vechial. I then would receive an additional text with recommended services my decal needed. None of this happened for the first time in awhile. The service rep then said I was all set to go. No additional service was needed. Knowing that I had not previously done a few recommendations I was expecting to need to do these. They did not come up. I did inquire as I did not do a 50k service but always do my regular oil changes. I was told no nothing. It was also not brought up that the service contract that I purchased will cover the cracked windshield that was not present the last visit. I do appreciate that I was finally able to make an appointment for an oil change the night before online as the last few times I have attempted this it has been weeks for an oil change. This is frustrating as I have prepaid for this when I purchased my vechial.
