I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of Mr. Ferracciu and the rest of the dealership's staff and mechanics. I've been a customer with this dealership since 2019, and I have always been pleased with mechanical and customer service.
If you lowered your prices, I would probably get more services for my car. i.e., $70 to replace a rear wiper blade is kinda not realistic.
Everything was great, appreciated the updates from the salesman. The detailers did forget some spots, there was old food / sticky stuff in the parking brake boot.

There was damage done to the leather on the steering wheel. A smaller and a larger cut to the leather on the steering wheel.
