Kaic is a great service coordinator. Knowledgeable, polite, funny, great at explaining things, patient. He guided me through the process of renewing my three-service contract. That’s a great thing to have for the future.
The car is running great so I am confident and satisfied with the team that worked on it in the garage. The video with the explanation about the seeping gasket was helpful. Kaic gave me a sense of what repairs might cost and when they might be necessary. So helpful to be able to plan ahead.

I’ve always appreciated my interactions with the Service Team at Toyota. They have traditionally done a good job explaining the service needs of my vehicle respectively. This is what has kept me coming back to the dealership. This is not the experience I had with Ian. In the future, I will consider a different service provider.
