Had to wait for two and a half hours for a oil change, to see my vehicle move for maybe 20 minutes from where they had park to be lie as the vehicle was in the lift when was actually parked by the entrance, and the request of a cabin filter change that was asked when I did the check-in was not completed

I am satisfied with service I received, but not satisfied with a 2 week wait to get an oil change, or leaving the car for a full day on a roll up. I like Toyotas, if you have access to such records you will see that this is third one which I purchased new. However, if I cannot get my cars serviced on a reasonable schedule it makes it unlikely I will by another. I also own a Subaru which has comparable price, safety, reliability, and efficiency to equivalent Toyota offerings. By contrast I can drive up and get an oil change in an hour. I have spoken to a couple of people at the dealership before about this, and I do not intend to repeat myself another time. Please don’t bother to call.
