Been going to this location when I bought my first car in 2009. I almost never had any issues but also never had any experiences of above and beyond customer service to brag about. Since Nicholas Arbuckle started as my service provider, that has changed. He has done outstanding work and provided clear explanation of services needed. Provide solutions for temporary transportation when services required long hours or days. Making my business schedule continue without any delays. His actions show amazing dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to Toyota's mission.
