One of the items recommended ( valvoline foam air cleaner ) I had never heard of nor did I understand the purpose. I declined it but it would have been appropriate for someone to actually call me to go over the recommendations. Texting is fine to a point but sometimes an actual call is more informative.

Nick was very professional throughout this service experience at Toyota of Colorado Springs. This was a second visit to finish a job, (some parts had needed to be ordered) and I had several questions upon intake. At no time did I feel he was rushing me, even if I was impacting the start to his day! He was friendly, professional, and thorough and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. And I felt he, his colleagues, and the organization as a whole, went out of their way to give me exceptional service and a very good value.
