JP was thorough in his inspection for leaks to the seal for transfer case and also a possible oil leak. He provided an honest assessment there were no leaks and avoiding unnecessary repairs. He kept me updated on the status of the repair. He provided excellent customer service. He is a great representative for Toyota and their service. I will request for JP on future services for my two Toyota vehicles.
Randy was very professional and courteous. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota service.

There is one outstanding individual named Justin, Justin is probably one the hardest working individuals I have ever seen at a car dealership. From valet he’s very organized and very friendly.
