Battery dead , called Toyota . Charles answered and advised to bring the vehicle. We did and the battery was replaced. My wife’s truck and it’s good to go. Service department was excellent.

I made an appointment at 1pm for my 10,000 mile check and oil change. I was very clear I had to leave by 2:30pm verbally and in my appointment notes. I work a lot and this is the only time I could fit in an appointment around the 10,000 mile mark (I drive about 100 miles a day). I waited an hour and a half and then was told my car was not worked on or touched. I asked about a loaner for the night and was told no. I am very upset.
