I called for a quote for all 4 brakes and rotors to be replaced and the quote given was around $550. After hearing the amount, I clarified that the quote was for “all of them” and I was told yes.
I came in today expecting all 4 brakes and rotors to be replaced but only two of them were replaced and for the quoted price. So I only got half of the work I expected to get completed for double the price.
The communication is terrible and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. I don’t know how else to communicate more clearly with your team. When I say “all”, I expect all 4th be completed and quoted accurately.
I Have worked with Scott for several years. He provides great service. He is thorough in evaluating your vehicle. He tries to look for ways to try to save customers money on repairs. I always ask for him when I am scheduling for service.

Last servicing, I was honestly worried that Scott was no longer with Toyota because he was not there. I only want to deal with Scott for as long as I own my/a Toyota. He's honest, fair, and makes sure I get what I need taken care of quickly/efficiently.
