Service was fine. However, copy of multipoint inspection report was not provided at checkout which is unusual in my experience. I was told it would be sent to me later. Have not received it yet

From dropping off my car to picking it up, I am not happy with Ashley and her service. There was a lack of communication and still is, as I have been waiting to hear from her on my warranty information. I will not use Ashley again as my service advisor. I would appreciate the time to explain the situation. Thank you.
