Scott and JP were awesome sauce. They set good expectations and communicated well. I'm grateful to the technician assigned to my vehicle to make me aware of other issues I was half expecting, but didn't realize were relatively urgent. Good job guys!

I did not like my service at Toyota of Colorado Springs. My appointment was at 12pm and I dropped my car off at 11:55pm. I got a call at 12:30pm saying “are you still coming to your appointment to drop off your car?” I told Kevin that I already dropped it off and he stated that he couldn’t find my car. The communication was awful. It took Kevin a long time to even give me an update after I had called twice asking for one. He finally got back to me stating my car would not be ready that day. The next day which was Saturday 10 August I called at 1pm to ask for an update. The person told me that Kevin was not working that day and that my car wouldn’t be looked at until Monday 12 August. Kevin never told me I would be without a car basically for four days. It would have been nice to know my car was not going to be worked on for 3 days. The lack of communication is terrible. I shouldn’t have to call several times just for an update and be without a car for four days . It would have been nice to be told / prepared so I can make my arrangements.

Windshield damage should have been covered, I paid for it when I bought the Grand Highlander with CASH. You need to do better
