My apt was at 10 am. I agreed to leave the car and return in the afternoon since the shop was so busy. I never received a message from Ian that the car was ready and when I returned at 2pm, I still had to wait 20 minutes while he figured out if it was ready and prepared the paperwork. I appreciate the service you provide, but if you can't do it in a timely way, you shouldn't schedule the appointment. Thank you for the chance to share my thoughts.

Randy was very helpful! I left my back support pillow in the car and he retrieved it from the car for me as the seats in the waiting area are too tall for me. The car was serviced in a much shorter timeframe than originally stated and we were quickly on the road home which is a 1.75 hour drive. Thanks Randy!
