The windows were still dirty and were not even lowered to clean the tops. Tiny crumbs still remained inside the cup holders. Dust behind the steering wheel still there. I removed some debris on the outside of the car with my fingernail.
Tires were nice and shiny. Just not DEtailed like I would expect.

Ashley does a wonderful job, she made me feel welcome and important! As an older female, I can assure you that this tye of experience is not the norm! As an older person society will shy away and pay no attention to the needs of older adults. Not so with Ashley, wish you had more like her!
