Randy’s support is excellent and important to me. I trust him completely. I say just tell me what needs to be done and we will do it. I have no concern that he will take advantage of me. I also appreciate that you always assign the same person to me and my car

I was sent a text by the tech that I needed work done on my vehicle. I approved thinking he knew his job. I than had the rep come to me 30 min later after I said I would stay for the work and tell me the work didn’t need to be done since I already had the work performed! My comment why wasn’t that checked before I received the text saying I needed the work done. Very dishonest. Also my rep seemed to be in a hurry and not listen to me. When I came in I told him and gave him a coupon on my service. He checked me out, told me my bill, I asked him if he applied the credit and he didn’t. If he had focused on what I said initially when I came in and not be in such a hurry that wouldn’t be an issue. I have been going to Toyota for over ten years and have NEVER received the horrible service I was given today!
When I dropped off my van, I was told they would call me about what the issue was before fixing the problem. Also so that I would be aware of how much it would cost to fix the problem. I was already aware of the diagnosis price and that it would be rolled into the labor price. I got the call and text that my van was ready for pick up and didnt even know if it was fixed or what cost I was coming into. Other then that I really was happy with how I was treated and how nice everyone was. The person who gave me my keys explained what they did and how much it would be. I told them about not knowing anything till I picked the van up so they went over everything about the van. Sarah also called me the next day and talked to me. I let her know what had happened and she did apologize which was nice. She offered me a free oil change and tire rotation on my next visit.
Scott is always professional, pleasant to work with, and transparent with costs and recommendations. I trust him to look out for my best interests as a customer.

Well the fact that I ordered a new bracket for my front license plate 2 weeks ago and then was informed it was sold to someone else when I showed up for my service was quite upsetting. Only to be told they had to order me another one and I could come back and get it at a later date.
Scott was very helpful, I made an unusual request for dame day service and he worked me into the already busy schedule

I am in Colorado doing contract work. I provide mental health services to underprivileged citizens in areas others are not willing to go to. It has been difficult to establish myself here for various reasons. I came to Toyota of Colorado Springs to get an oil change and faced some more difficulties. Saying I was discouraged is minimizing my entire experience thus far in Colorado. Kevin picked up on that. He not only got my car in for an oil change but he also ensured that all the needed parts identified during my cars thorough inspection were professionally taken care. Thank you Kevin! You did more than go above and beyond. You helped me so I can stay strong in helping others in your state. It really does take a village. Toyota of Colorado Springs is my #1 choice and you should make it yours too!
