I made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour for a simple tire rotation. I also am receiving emails from Toyota Colorado Springs stating my benefits of buying a car with Toyota. This includes an email saying tire rotation and multi point inspection is free and a free oil change at 10k. However, that was not honored. So I don't understand why I'm getting emails I get that free if it's not true. I'm not happy at all with the service.
A 4 to 6 service ended up taking a week with constant misinformation.
My tire was never inflated after I requested it. Discount Tire added 10 lbs. to rear tire. My tires were rotated at Toyota.

The car was even dirtier and emptier than I got it, and it smelled weird. I appreciate my service provider for his patience and I’m thankful for the recovery of the car. However, I was told I’d get the car at a certain time and ended up getting it almost a month later. I’m expected to follow the instructions on the courtesy car to have it cleaned and filled with gas before its return, which I did. Only to get my car back dirty with leaves all in the windshield exterior and half empty.I don’t know, just feels weird how the dealership doesn’t care at all, as long as they’re getting your money and fixing something everything else doesn’t matter. Key was the same price as my car note, which is odd and I mentioned it before. I was told one price and it ended up being $200 more than what I was told. yeah, I feel extremely disappointed by the overall lack of courtesy and it’s hard to not think yall are just tryna get over on people, especially milirary since there’s this stigma that money falls off trees for us. Overall it was a frustrating experience for me because losing my key was out of my control due to theft, but the treatment of the dealership just made it all the more depressing.
Rose was super helpful and made the process a lot easier. She was very transparent with me and went through tedious phone calls to help me out. She was awesome!
To get a shedule for service the wait time to long almost 8 days
I didn't expect an oil change to take rwo hours when I had an appointment. The service was fine The length of time was more than I have usually experienced.
