Disappointed that the service team told us that the wheel lock would not fit and told us to take the 4Runner to Discount Tire to possibly purchase a new wheel lock. When we got to Discount Tire the technician there went out to our 4Runner tested the wheel lock and it went right in. It was the right size and shape after all!!! It was a real hassle and the run around we got was particularly frustrating!!!

We arrived and waited in our vehicle for more than 20 minutes. Once she came over to help, all went well. A basic tire rotation and inspection took nearly 90 minutes. When we came to pay she admitted our vehicle has been completed for a while but she was busy with other things. Definitely didn’t feel like a priority or valued as a paying customer.

I brought my vehicle in on 10 October and the service representative put untrue information in the write up. Furthermore, I asked for the service to be done for vehicles that drive on dirt and dusty roads and that service was not performed so I had to bring the vehicle in again today. Also the window rattle on the driver side is still there.

An issue arose regarding one of the tires which resulted in a 2 hr job becoming a 4 hr job. I needed to get to Denver to pick up my grandson. Long story-short version…Ashley went above and beyond to ensure I made it in time. I will continue to have my car serviced at your establishment due to the tremendous customer service that I experienced today. Please thank her again for me.
