It took three full hours, while we were waiting on site, for the service department to do a simple oil change and install a new battery. That is not acceptable scheduling.
The service Manager did show concern , so that was appreciated, and dropped the oil change charge because of the three hour wait.

The app still had the vehicle alert when I returned home from having the 5000 mile checkup performed. I did not remember if the dash had been complaining about maintenance required: ignoring that had become habit by the time I get in for my appointment. I used the dash controls to reset the data, restarted the Toyota app a couple of times, and the alert stopped showing up in the app.
Also, "sign here" at check-in did not show, or was mentioned, all the things that one signature was being applied to.
Rose was great, she kept me informed of what was happening with my truck.

The was very personable, car was done on time, good experience overall.
During my last service at your place, I was told my brake pads needed replaced and measured 5mm. Today I was told the pads are good and measure 8mm. That makes me nervous about what else I'm being told needs done and really doesn't. Or, what part of my service might not get done that I pay for. Randy has always done a good job, he wasn't there during my last visit.

I was satisfied with my service from Toyota but I did not like my service advisor Kevin he is not very personable and was very rude.I have had alot of problems with the service advisors at this location and he did not seem to care.I might be taking my vehicle elsewhere
