Randy is a very nice and helpful person. It’s toooo bad though that he couldn’t help me more with the defective hinges on my Rav4 lift gate. Toyota’s inability to fess up to using very defective parts on some of their vehicles will definitely cause me to NEVER purchase a Toyota or Lexus again. Hinges should last more than 20 or 25 times that they are used. I hardly ever open the hatchback on this pos Rav4 and the metal hinges just peel apart like they are made of paper. Quite frankly, it’s very disgusting and I will be contacting an attorney that will bring a class action lawsuit against Toyota. I received a quote today for $1,700 for the repair. It’s like wtf? How fair is that to your customers??? Michael M
