I was originally bummed ???? out when I saw a $25 charge displayed on my phone that I was gonna have to pay to get my tire fixed when I thought that I had a warranty with Toyota to cover it, but then I was able to drink a couple free chocolate lattes and settle into a nice chair to work on my computer. So even though it took an hour and a half for my tire to get fixed, I learned that the $25 charge was not to be paid by me so that helped lift my spirits and it’s good to know my tire is now fixed and I’m on my way.

Strather always provides the highest customer service. My only issue is that it took 2hrs and 40 minutes to do an oil change and replace the engine and cabin air filters.
I’ve had my 5,000 mile service done and a second service so far with my 2025 trailhunter and by far some of the best service I’ve had at a dealership.

I had a big chip/crach on my mid lower windshield which was missed. Just thought you would like to know. It doesn't affect my maintenance work and I have an appointment to get the windshield replaced. Patty Beecroft
I appreciate that everyone I personally encountered was so polite and professional. I do understand that seats in the vehicle need to be moved for various reasons, it would be nice if the seats could be moved back to the original position afterward. I also found it odd that the radio station had been changed. These things are not a huge deal, I just found them slightly disappointing.
Charles was fantastic from the time I pulled up to service until the end. Best service person ever! And he had my car finished early too!

I was happy with Daniela and her service. However, the technicians who replaced my passenger side visor neglected to test it and see if it functions correctly, leading me to come back and let them know that the work they did not fix the overall problem. The problem being that the bracket that the visor connects to is backwards the visor does not rotate the correct way. Had they tested it after installation they would have realized this. Due to this I will be back on Wednesday to have this fixed. I was satisfied with Daniela and how she handled the situation.
