Sarah was a great help and understanding! However, the person who was taking care of the transaction on the 28 OCT 2024 between 1700-1830. I understand that its about to be closing however he did not assist me with any finance options, rushed me to finished the transaction. He was showing attitude by pushing down the keyboard hard as I am paying the transaction and as well rushing me to leave the building.
She did a great job ???? helpful, smiley and made the wait for the actual servicing of my vehicle very tolerable.

oil change was priced at 79.99, yet somehow the total out the door price was actually 110. Ridiculous price for an oil change, even if it is full synthetic.

Kevin was not very helpful. When I first showed up and asked Kevin to make sure that correct tires were ordered he said I needed to talk to service department. My appointment was for 11:30 and wasn't complete until 4pm. I asked Kevin about my appointment delay and he told me my appointment was not with the tech and that it was a industry problem. I didn't agree as I have been to many service departments over the years. Kevin needs some retraining on being helpful to customers. He's sort of arrogant and rude. I was told my update would be done in an hour Friday night. I never got a call. I came to pick it up before close at 7 but found out that is the store front. The car salesman and manager were very kind and attempted to help me and were able to get something from my trunk that I needed. I got a call in the morning, attempted to call the number back several times and the voicemail was full. The texts were not getting to the same person and the update system where you can message and see the work progress was not updated. I finally got ahold of Ian after a few hours and he said I needed a clean battery filter around 11am I asked how long and he said about an hour. After 2.5 hours I call and got stuck on hold for over 10 mins. I was in the car headed to the dealership when they told me they had not started. I was very disappointed with the times and lack of communication. Please encourage your employees to update the link system and or at least answer the text messages.

They finally got my tonneau cover!!!! The service staff was confused at first until Mr Randy found the actual reason in the customer comments section. I am impressed with the installation and it's quality. Always trust toyota and thier dealerships, honest upfront and reliable.
