Even tho they could fix the issue they gave me another alternative to fix the problem.
I’m used to the service center either wash the car off or provide a voucher for a car wash with service. This is the fist dealership I’ve ever used that doesn’t.
Additionally, I made the appointment online which seemed to cause confusion when I arrived. However the be service department did work things out in the end
I like being able to see the inspection on my phone and the recommended services. It would be helpful to see how long those recommended services will take.

Was sitting an extra almost hour waiting because I was never notified my car was ready to go. Ian said he “didn’t see me” but never came out looking for me. Walked up to the counter asking what the hold up was and was told “oh your car has been ready”. Totally unacceptable and a waste of my time.
