- Quick service (<3 hr turnaround on a walk-in service request) - personally went back to parts dept to ensure part was available - arraigned pick-up and drop-off service to get me home and back - very friendly

Had a 0915 appt. Supposed to be finished at 3, was texted at 10 the next day it was done. Service guy said there were 17 drive ins. How about prioritizing your appointments. Service mgr told me he’d help on the bill and get me a skid plate which y’all hosed up last time. He did neither. I got a loaner but was told I’d be charged $300 if it had dog hair in it. I have a dog. I think I’m done with your dealership. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues there. Been coming for about 15 years.

Not long after my tires were inspected my tire pressure sensor shut off. Until some other potential cause is brought to light I can only assume that something was mishandled.
