I brought my vehicle in to have a complete diagnostic done to find everything that needs to be Maintenance or repaired and also to have a driver side rubbing noise. I was told the entire vehicle was checked well the lights were not checked and not a word about it. I even asked if they could put my wipers on and they were not .Vehicle was returned without topping off the fluids like windshield wiper fluid come on. I’m used to the dealership that vacuums and washes your vehicle if you’re spending thousands there. Overall experience I was very disappointed in pricing and being lied too. I will not be returning or referring the service to anyone.

I always feel like family when I take my vehicle for service or to buy parts. Everyone is so attentive and accommodating. I purchased my 2007 Toyota FJ at the old location and 17 plus years later I’m still having the maintenance done by this great dealership. Thank you guys.

Canyon city was told when I set the appointment five days earlier that the part was in stock. After waiting 50 minutes it was the wrong part. We rescheduled for next week.

Service appointment took 2.5 hours when it usually takes less than an hour, my seat wasn’t adjusted back to even close to where it was. I’ll be going to a different dealer for service from now on . Definitely not impressed.
