My agent was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The most important part was that he was willing to go above and beyond to help me, especially with the warranty insurance company.

I was apprehensive going into the appointment due to my experience with the man I made the appointment with the day before. I was uncomfortable with the way he spoke with me and the information he gave me ( which changed after he spoke with his manager). Rose was great. Polite, positive, helpful, informative. I love this particular Dealership location because they are the only dealership out of all manufacturing companies, but especially Toyota, that I cannot say one bad thing about their service advisors. The management, really knows how to treat their customers here at this Toyota dealership.
