At 8:15, I dropped my car off and was told the service would take 2.5-3 hours. I said I would return at 11:15. I got delayed. There was no communication from Toyota so I called at noon. At that time I was told that "service was really backed up" and had not yet started working on my car. How can you in good conscious not communicate a FOUR HOUR DLELAY with a customer? What if I had returned at 11:15 expecting my car to be done, only to be told you had not yet started it. I understand delays happen, but you MUST communicate this with your customers. This was my first service experience with you. Based on this experience, I will not trust Toyota to correctly estimate the duration of any future services.

Our service advisor, I think his name was Ian, was great. He went above and beyond to take care of our concerns. Totally trust him with our vehicle. We are in the process of purchasing 2 new Camrys and would request him for our family needs.
