My service appointment was to replace the AWD emblem on the back of my RAV4. It took an hour and a half, which seems excessive.
I was very happy with Kevin and he helped me fix my fob for no extra fee. He is the sort of service representative that makes me buy Toyotas for fifty years.
The total team was excellent! Dominic has been great throughout the buying process. As busy as Dylan is, he took time and welcomed us back and sat and talked to us!

I do need to call Nicholas. My fuel system was cleaned and I’m still reading 14.4 mpg. That’s not acceptable. Something’s wrong with fuel system or gauges.

Service light still on. Tires all filled to different psi. Took 3 hours. When I arrived I was told about other versions of my vehicle. Not sure the tire roaring really happened. Invoice for job says they were. But it also says service light is turned off which it is not. Lastly. Agent did get our alignment dealt with. So that was good.
Was able to get a us in right away for vehicle servicing.

The online scheduling does not work. When I arrived for my appointment no one could find my appointment, Sarah spoke up & entered my info & got my car worked in & done while I waited.
