Person greeting me initially was very courteous and helpful. Scott Gardino was most helpfull when letting me know that after 30,000 miles a new spark plug job was needed. I will be very honest about my experience with Toyota. Usually the service you have provided through the years as your customer, has been satisfied.
However things were very different this time. I just went to have my battery tested, I appreciate the for taking me right away, however this was the beginning of some problems. One cable got broken. My car supposed to be there only for a day, which turned into 3 days, for later on the person in charge realized that the other cable was bad as well, so, it got ordered.
Also when I got my car, it was a desastre and the person who worked on my car, didn’t reset the windows control, so a day after I picked up my car, I couldn’t roll down the 3 windows, so I went back to have it fix, likely was an easy fix. My conclusion is that perhaps you hired are not very competent or was careless. Please make an effort to keep the good reputation Toyota has had thought the years. The newer generations need more training or a supervisor to check their job. Thank you for asking about my experience.
Randy was awesome! Right when I arrived he made me greeted me and made me feel like my time was valued. I told him I had to get to an appointment and he made sure my car was ready in time. One of the best experiences I’ve experienced at Toyota. Randy is the best!

The man who came out and gave me the four pages of items my 1 year old four runner needed “fixed” when I come every 5,000 miles to Toyota to have maintenance done, should not be in customer service. I’d be happy to elaborate more over the phone.
I understand that rodent damage to a vehicle can be complicated and tricky sometimes to diagnose fully, but Nick and his team persevered. I’m hopeful that everything has been resolved.
