I came in for recall work. I never heard “we’re sorry for your inconvenience “. Service took longer than predicted because a tire drop off blocked my vehicle. Very clear that customer first is not part of the dealership values.

Sarah is an asset to yoir business. I have managed hundreds over 36 years at Walmart and Ace and I would hire her in a second. She listens very well, is concerned of what I needed, and uses suggestive selling which I always encourage. Very pleased with Sarah and your establishment!

Overall service was great. Was in and out efficiently. However, my headlights were changed from the auto position to off. This happened at my last service, too. I get that the lights are likely annoying in the shop, but please return them to the auto setting. WAY to many people out there with their lights off.
