Ashley was fantastic! She had an amazing and friendly demeanor, and made sure to ask me if I was okay throughout my stay (waiting for my car). I always highly enjoy happy faces and wonderful personalities like hers! That is what makes me go back each time!
Randy was super helpful from our first phone call. I changed my mind on one item and he was totally flexible. He also communicated with me on the day of service, even giving a midday update.
I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the AC. After 2-1/2 hours I had to find someone to tell me what was going on as I had never been informed of any progress or issues. My company truck, turns out, needed additional service and Sarah was waiting for a supervisor to send the request through the system. It would have helped to been informed of the issues and given the option to continue waiting, make calls to someone that could have pushed through the approvals, or made my own decision to have the work performed at a later time. Being left out of this loop was inconvenient and frustrating in the end.
When I pulled into the Service Bay, there was one one there to direct me of where to find my Service Manager, it took 10 minutes before I was helped.
Found my noise issues, resolved quickly

The service itself was the usual high quality. However, it was irritating that the cost estimate was out of whack with the invoice I received. The estimate for this visit was $869.22 before applying a 10% coupon. The invoice was $956.12 with the 10% coupon applied. That was an unpleasant surprise.
